Imported Cheeses such as Cotswold, Smoked Gouda, Havarti, and Roquefort are presented with luscious Strawberries and Champagne Grapes, assorted Crackers and Breads. Baked Brie and Saucisson en Croûte are offered with honey mustard, and Crudité vegetables include baby carrots, red peppers and broccoli florets served with Spinach Water Chestnut Dip.

Served Salad
Mixed Field Greens with Yellow and Red Pear Tomatoes are stuffed into long Cucumber Ribbons resembling a tower. The plate is "painted" with Balsamic Vinaigrette, and garnished with Heart- shaped Herb Croutons.

European Artisan Breads to include Swiss Braids, Olive Boules, Focaccia and French Baguettes.

  • Skewered Mission Figs wrapped in Parma Ham with Balsamic Caramel

Seafood Cocktail Station
Guests choose from Shrimp, Scallops, Lobster or Tuna and watch as chefs cook and sauté the fish, then deglaze and flambé the pan with vodka. The seafood is placed on Microgreens in a Martini Glass and offered with two types of dressings. Roasted Tomato Vinaigrette or Habanero Salsa is measured into cocktail shakers and poured over the
seafood. Voila!

Served Salad
A bed of California Field Greens is topped with Crumbled Goat Cheese and Craisins, "painted" with Pomegranate Vinaigrette, and garnished with Edible Nasturtium Flowers.
